As projects start\u00a0getting proposals, <strong>employers<\/strong> are notified via e-mail and within\u00a0their dashboard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Employers<\/strong> can\u00a0browse all proposals from their dashboard at any time, and from there, select the best candidate for each\u00a0project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Freelancers<\/strong> apply to projects considering the project skills, budget and delivery time.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Dashboard<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">The dashboard is the main hub for\u00a0all the main actions on <em>freelancing.com<\/em>. From there, <strong>employers<\/strong> and <strong>freelancers<\/strong> can monitor their activity,\u00a0view notifications, view purchases,\u00a0edit projects, edit proposals, cancel projects, cancel proposals, etc\u2026<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Posting a Project<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Employers<\/strong> can post projects at any time.\u00a0The project form is simple and self explanatory.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Applying to a Project<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Freelancers<\/strong>\u00a0can apply to any project. Only one application per project.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dxfGcwKV-W4?rel=0\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Sharing Role Capabilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><em>freelancing.com <\/em>features\u00a0two main roles:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #797b7f;\">\n<li>employer (can post projects)<\/li>\n<li>freelancer (can apply to projects)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">By default, \u201cemployers\u201d are\u00a0only allowed to post projects and freelancers can only apply to projects.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Selecting a Candidate for a Project<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"853\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2EVL_gkghUc?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><BR><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">When \u201cemployers\u201d are happy with the proposals received for a project they can pick\u00a0the best\u00a0proposal and select a winner. At this\u00a0time, employers can also\u00a0specify any additional project development terms that the\u00a0freelancer must agree to. The winning proposal author will then be notified about his selection and\u00a0can agree\/decline or propose term changes. He can also specify his own\u00a0development terms that the \u201cemployer\u201d must agree to.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">This\u00a0flow between \u201cemployer\u201d and freelancer\u00a0will\u00a0continue until both parties agree or not with each other terms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">If both parties don\u2019t agree terms, the \u201cemployer\u201d can select other candidate for the project.\u00a0 Otherwise, if\u00a0an agreement is reached, the project is\u00a0immediately assigned to the freelancer and\u00a0work starts. A workspace is automatically allocated to the project and both parties act as participants on the project.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Workspace<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">The workspace is the main work hub for \u201cemployers\u201d and freelancers. When both parties agree to work on a project, a workspace is automatically created on each user dashboard.\u00a0It will contain the project main information as well as any additional attachments and also contact\u00a0email addresses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">From the workspace, participants\u00a0can control the project\/work status and will be able to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Employers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #797b7f;\">\n<li>Cancel Project<\/li>\n<li>End\u00a0Project as Complete<\/li>\n<li>End\u00a0Project as Incomplete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\"><strong>Freelancers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #797b7f;\">\n<li>End Work as Complete<\/li>\n<li>End Work\u00a0as Incomplete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">Obviously, \u201cemployers\u201d will always have full control over the project, so they can cancel or mark the project as complete or incomplete at any time. When the project work ends or is canceled, both users will be able to leave their reviews for the project.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"color: #43464a;\"><strong>Communications<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"color: #797b7f;\">There\u2019s\u00a0no integrated communication channel on\u00a0freelancing.com\u00a0at this time. Project participants\u00a0communicate with each other\u00a0with a \u201cshared\u201d email set in their profile.
